Pelicana Chicken - Sunnyside

I ordered their grilled chicken salad with Italian dressing. I absolutely loved it. It was filled with lots of vegetables just how I like it and the chicken was juicy and delicious. Will definitely order from here again.

Even when they send the technically "wrong" thing, its delicious. Boneless, bone in... Whatever.

Ive been living in Sunnyside for a little over a year now, but Ive always been hesitant to order from here mainly because it seems expensive.

Today, however, I discovered the much more reasonably priced lunch specials and so I decided to order a chicken sandwich with French fries.

Seamless gave an estimated ETA for the food at approximately 60 minutes from when I completed the order. Instead, the food arrived in about 20 minutes!

Delivery guy was super nice, handed over the food in a bag, and scampered off. It wasnt until I sat down at my kitchen table that I realized the order was incomplete: chicken sandwich present, French fries absent.

At first I didnt care because I was so hungry and overjoyed that the order had come so much earlier than expected... but then I reasoned 7$ chicken sandwich and fries combo + 83 cents tax + 2$ delivery fee + 3$ tip and all I got was the chicken sandwich?

I called the restaurant twice. No response.

Fine, Ill keep eating. Finished the chicken burger and realized that was enough food anyway. It was super tasty!

About 30 minutes after finishing my food, theres a knock on my door. Its the delivery guy with my fries and a free can of soda! He greatly apologized for the oversight and inconvenience. It was really sweet of him and is what great customer service is about.

I ate all the fries.

But I didnt have the heart to tell him that I dont drink soda.

After two delivery mishaps (they were incredibly late via delivery), they finally got it together. My friends and I ordered the Crispy boneless chicken (level 3)- which was so spicy that we needed to take breaks from eating, and also the ugly crispy chicken burger and fries. Amazing. Will definitely order from them again.

Their chicken is fantastic! Really delicious boneless crispy fried chicken. Got the Fried Sweet Potatoes and they were not what I expected. They were extremely thinly sliced ribbons sprinkled with sugar. They were so thin it would have been impossible for them to come warm.

This is probably some of the best chicken I have ever had delivered. It was tasty, moist, piping hot and the sauces were excellent! They even were able to add something we forgot to the order, which is never easy when using Seamless!!

Delicious chicken! I got the original and original with #2 lunch special. The chicken themselves are small but they are huge in flavor. It was packaged perfectly and the delivery guy was nice. Definitely will be ordering again
